Madison Dunn

Madison joined Hawthorne & Co. CPAs in November 2019 and is now the firm’s Operations Manager. Her duties include working to improve productivity and efficiency levels, overseeing and enhancing the firm’s organizational processes, and coordinating all firm efforts to enhance client experience and satisfaction.

Madison’s previous experience was in the pet insurance industry where she worked on email marketing campaigns and improving customer satisfaction.

In her free time, Madison enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending concerts, trying out new restaurants, and catching up on her favorite TV shows.
