Madison Dunn - Operations Manager
Madison joined Hawthorne & Co. CPAs in November 2019 as an Administrative Assistant, was promoted to Client Experience Specialist in January 2020, and to Operations Manager in January 2022. Her duties include working to improve productivity and efficiency levels, overseeing and enhancing the firm’s organizational processes, and coordinating all firm efforts to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
Madison’s previous experience was in the pet insurance industry where she worked on email marketing campaigns and improving customer satisfaction.
In her free time, Madison enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending concerts, trying out new restaurants, and catching up on her favorite TV shows.
Education
Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing, Washington State University
