Duc Tran

Duc started his career with Hawthorne & Co. CPAs as a Staff Accountant Intern in February 2023 and was promoted to a full-time Staff Accountant in September 2023. His duties include preparing income tax returns for individuals.

Duc was born and raised in Vietnam and discovered his passion for business administration at a young age. After completing high school, he was honored for his academic achievements and went on to study accounting at the University of Washington.

Prior to coming to Hawthorne & Co. CPAs, Duc gained experience as an Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Clerk at a previous company where he learned the ins and outs of bookkeeping and financial management.

Now at Hawthorne & Co. CPAs, Duc is focused on developing his accounting skills and applying them to his work. His commitment to his profession is the most important aspect of his life and he strives to achieve success in this area.

In his free time, Duc is passionate about swimming and has demonstrated a talent for the sport since his youth.
